Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations across our health care sites. You will translate the organization’s mission into daily practice, supervise nursing staff, and collaborate with leadership to improve patient care and safety. Travel across OHCC sites is required.

The role requires adherence to FQHC standards, state nursing regulations, and the development of training programs for nurses and allied staff. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Louisiana; BLS Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 5-8 years combined experience with leadership in ambulatory care or public health setting preferred.
• Knowledge of FQHC standards and state/federal nursing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day clinic operations.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in line with regulations.
• Coordinate staffing, coverage and schedule management across OHCC sites.
