Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Director of Compliance, Quality & Education (RN) to lead regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and staff education across Home Health and Hospice programs. The role partners with clinical and operations leaders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards while driving quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required. Equivalent combination of applicable education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospice, home health, compliance, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement methodologies, and healthcare software systems.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and education skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance and regulatory oversight for Home Health and Hospice services, including documentation audits and risk identification.
• Direct quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) programs through data analysis, reporting, and improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and reports to monitor compliance, operational performance, and quality outcomes.
• Oversee medical records processes to ensure accuracy, integrity, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate survey readiness activities and support accreditation and regulatory reviews.
• Provide education, training, and ongoing support to staff regarding regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
