Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years in nursing leadership, DON/ADON or Nurse Manager preferred.

• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience with budgeting and performance management.
• Proficient with electronic health records.

Responsibilities
