THE OPPORTUNITY:
Critical to our success, our primary care team provides care to our patients in lab, during appointments, and in triage roles. Our Nursing Director oversees all of this, making sure that our primary care staff have the resources they need to support our physicians and advanced practice providers. They also work closely with our President and Medical Director to make medical decisions that impact the entire clinic. The Nursing Director has their finger on the pulse of what's upcoming within pediatric medicine and provides a connection to outside resources. For us, it’s all about our patients and providing the best care possible.

Every day is a little different, but in general, you will spend your days:

• Leading, coaching, recognizing, and developing your diverse team.
• Communicating needs, problems, ideas, and solutions – within the primary care team and beyond it.
• Finding solutions for your staff, as well as managing their performance effectively.
• Being an active, valued member of the cross-functional administrative team.
