State of South Carolina's nursing faculty position seeks a leader to guide enrollment, instruction, advisement, recruitment, retention, marketing, and services to the College and community. Reports to the Dean of Nursing and collaborates to support the Nursing Division's strategic goals and operational needs.

It encompasses the didactic, laboratory, and clinical activities needed to implement the Nursing curriculum, including curriculum and instructional development, and assessment functions

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program is required.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina RN license.
• Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience.
• American Heart Association CPR Instructor certification.
• Minimum of three years of nursing educator experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership, management, planning, and coordination for enrollment, instruction, student advisement, recruitment, retention, marketing, and the provision of services to the College and community.
• Collaborate with the Dean of Nursing to support the Nursing Division's strategic goals and operational needs; oversee didactic, laboratory, and clinical activities in the Nursing curriculum.
• Oversee assessment functions related to program learning outcomes and student learning outcomes, and ensure ongoing program effectiveness.

Formation

MSN from ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program

Bachelor's degree in the teaching discipline or an associate degree with demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline
