IntelliResume is seeking a Nursing Coordinator (RN) for Electrophysiology at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT.

The role oversees clinical care coordination for patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures and suits experienced nurses with cardiac care leadership. You will monitor compliance, provide direct and indirect patient care, support nursing staff development, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a progressive leadership or supervisory role.
• Prior electrophysiology or program coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor departmental compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care to achieve desired outcomes.
• Assist management with operational activities and nursing staff advancement.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care delivery.
• Perform quality assurance studies and assist with quality improvement initiatives.

• Perform other related duties as required.
