Job summary

BAS Healthcare, Inc. in West Hartford, CT, is seeking an NP or PA to join our Electrophysiology team in a hybrid outpatient/inpatient role.

You will evaluate and manage patients with arrhythmias, provide pre- and post-procedure care for EP studies and device procedures, and collaborate with EP physicians and staff. CT license, board certification, and BLS/ACLS required; comprehensive onboarding and ongoing education are provided.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Connecticut medical license required.
• Board certification in cardiology/EP preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience in cardiology and/or electrophysiology preferred; new graduates with strong cardiology interest encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, SVT, ventricular arrhythmias, bradyarrhythmias, and syncope.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure care for EP studies, ablations, cardioversions, pacemaker implants, and ICD procedures.
• Perform inpatient electrophysiology consults and participate in daily hospital rounds with the EP team.
• Manage antiarrhythmic medications and anticoagulation therapies as part of EP treatment plans.
• Review ECGs, telemetry, ambulatory monitoring, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
• Coordinate care across outpatient clinics, inpatient units, and EP procedural settings.

Advanced Practitioners - Other Specialties - Electrophysiology (EP) Advanced Practice Clinician

Job Details:

• Hybrid role spanning outpatient office, inpatient consult service, and EP procedural area
• Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Electrophysiology team
• Full-time position at 40 hours per week
• Evaluate and manage patients with atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, SVT, ventricular arrhythmias, bradyarrhythmias, and syncope
• Provide pre- and post-procedure care for EP studies, ablations, cardioversions, pacemaker implants, and ICD procedures
• Perform inpatient electrophysiology consults and participate in daily hospital rounding with the EP team
• Manage antiarrhythmic medications, anticoagulation therapies, and EP-related treatment plans
• Review ECGs, telemetry, ambulatory monitoring, imaging, and diagnostic studies

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
