Job summary
Oracle in Phoenix is seeking a Nursing Configuration Analyst to drive Nursing (BH, INA, LTC, Rehab, WH) configuration across consulting projects. You will lead automation adoption, troubleshoot issues, and educate the team while supporting analysts through build, testing, and client escalations. U.S.

Qualifications
- Experience configuring nursing workflows across complex projects.
- Ability to mentor team members and translate client needs into configurations.
- Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex Nursing data to assess configuration readiness and guide improvements.
- Provide domain expertise in Nursing configuration, testing and workflow design.
- Direct work requests, assign resources and monitor pipeline workload.
- Manage escalations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Provide feedback on project performance and influence process updates.
- Collaborate on Nursing configuration strategies with leadership and knowledge leaders.
- Review quotes and sales requests for changes and risk mitigation.
- Drive tools development and ensure best practices for configuration management.
- Coach and mentor other Nursing Configuration Analysts and provide training.
