Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Nursing Configuration Analyst to complete Nursing configuration across consulting projects. You will drive automation usage, troubleshooting, education, and mentor team members in complex Nursing topics and support Analysts through build, testing, and client escalations.

The role requires strong domain expertise in Nursing configuration, collaboration with leadership, and the ability to influence process improvements across the Medication Process.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Nursing domains across consulting projects.
• Ability to lead teams and mentor analysts.
• Familiarity with nursing data and workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex Nursing data collection to assess configuration readiness and guide project execution.
• Provide domain expertise in Nursing config, implementation approaches, and workflow design.
• Direct incoming work requests and assign resources based on capacity.
• Manage escalation processes for complex configuration issues and collaborate across teams.
• Provide feedback to managers on project-level performance.
