The Amberleigh, a Sonida Senior Living community in Williamsville, NY, is hiring CNAs. The role supports residents in independent living, assisted living and memory care, including dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility assistance.

Pay starts at $18.50/hour with benefits such as health/dental insurance, 401k with company match, paid training, and an Employee Assistance Program. Location: Williamsville, NY. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in NY State.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Performs duties in accordance with resident care standards and assists with dressing, grooming, bathing, escorts and transfers.
• Assists residents with nutritional needs, sets dining tables, serves meals and ensures proper fluid intake.
• Reminds residents to take medications and assists with opening containers as needed.
• Recognizes changes in residents' behavior and reports them to the Assisted Living Director.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities include:

• Performs duties in accordance with accepted standards of resident care. Duties include assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and escorts and transfers
• Assists residents with nutritional needs, including setting dining tables, serving meals, providing proper fluid requirements, and offering substitutions when appropriate
• Reminding residents to take medication and opening containers and packages for residents
• Recognizes changes in the residents' behavior and conditions and reports those changes to the Assisted Living Director

Qualifications:
