Job summary

Baylor University is seeking a Clinical Placement Manager to oversee student records, registration and course scheduling, and to serve as the liaison between clinical agencies and the School of Nursing. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience; a bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; three years of relevant work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience preferred.
• Combination of education and work experience may be considered in lieu of the required degree/years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical placements with nurse educators and placement coordinators.
• Manage student records, registration and the Undergraduate schedule.
• Serve as liaison between clinical agencies and the School of Nursing.
• Assist with contract management and attestation processes for clinical sites.
• Advise students on registration and clearance for clinical activities.
