Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field as listed.
• Experience in healthcare administration or education settings preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities essential.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate clinical learning experiences for undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Anticipate placement needs for students each semester and align with program outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical sites to secure high-quality placements.
• Identify new placement sites and preceptors aligned with course objectives.
• Evaluate clinical experiences using student and faculty feedback.
• Maintain relationships with clinical sites via regular communication.
• Coordinate with faculty to develop new clinical learning opportunities.
• Maintain electronic education records and site contacts database.
• Support new and returning faculty, preceptors, and site visitors.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation requirements are met through coordination.
