Job summary

Fayette Chamber of Commerce is seeking an experienced nursing administrator to provide administrative and operational leadership for assigned departments. The role focuses on cost and finance management, HR, operations, quality of care, clinical outcomes, and staff satisfaction, within a Shared Governance model.

The successful candidate will drive succession planning, talent development, and education to grow future nursing leaders, and may assist in staffing to ensure care across age groups

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in Georgia required; multistate licensure acceptable.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, finance, HR, operations, quality and outcomes in assigned departments.
• Lead in shared governance and mission alignment across PHC and Nursing Practice.
• Plan succession, identify talent and develop future nursing leaders.
• May assist in staffing to provide care for adolescents to geriatrics.
