Qualifications

• MSN preferred for the role.
• BSN candidates who enroll in an MSN program and expect to finish within 3 years will be considered.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in each state where instruction occurs.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, mentoring, and evaluating student performance in clinical, lab, and simulation settings.
• Facilitating integration of theoretical knowledge with patient-centered care.
• Promoting safe, ethical, evidence-based nursing practice.
• Providing timely feedback, coaching, and documentation of student learning.
• Collaborating with course faculty and clinical agency personnel to ensure compliance.
