You will supervise students in clinical settings, help them meet learning objectives, and evaluate performance while guiding professional development and clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing with 2 years of clinical experience or
• Bachelor's in Nursing with enrollment in a master's program and 5 years of clinical experience.
• Unencumbered RN license in relevant state(s).
• Current BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in clinical settings and help achieve course objectives (70%).
• Evaluate students' clinical practice and provide feedback (20%).
• Guide students in growth, including clinical decision-making and professional communication (10%).
• Collaborate with course faculty and clinical partners to ensure quality clinical experience.
