Job summary

Galen College of Nursing in Pooler, Georgia invites applications for a Clinical Learning Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical education for nursing students. You will collaborate with the Director of Clinical Learning and campus leadership to ensure compliant, high-quality clinical experiences.

Responsibilities include data reporting, faculty support, site walkthroughs, and alignment with course outcomes. A BSN/MSN or doctorate is preferred with RN licensure and 2+ years in clinical education.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN/MSN or doctorate (preferred) and RN licensure per state.
• Minimum two years in clinical education with nursing background.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinical education experiences for nursing students.
• Coordinate site visits, ensure compliance and quality monitoring.
• Support recruitment, hiring, retention and development of clinical faculty.
• Ensure orientation and compliance with Galen and agency policies.
• Maintain records for clinical affiliation agreements and evaluations.
