Job summary

Eagle Gate College is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for the BSN Nursing Program to lead and oversee the clinical experiences across the Nursing Department. You will coordinate faculty, students, and clinical agencies to ensure alignment of theory with practice and program outcomes.

You will participate in the recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of clinical faculty, monitor site visits, and ensure accreditation compliance.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required; MSN preferred.
• Compact license valid in AZ; campus state mandatory.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Three to five years of RN experience providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of clinical experiences in the Nursing Department.
• Manage clinical faculty, students, and clinical agencies.
• Ensure integration of theory with practice in classrooms and labs.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of clinical faculty.
• Maintain relationships with clinical sites; monitor site visits.
• Assist in orientation for clinical faculty and students.
• Support Career Services in placing new graduates.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation guidelines for clinical aspects.
• Attend orientations and faculty meetings as requested.
