Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing required.
• Two years’ experience in academic teaching or professional settings.
• Valid and current Iowa Nursing License.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and manage others.
• Experience with diverse teaching strategies and program development.
• Doctorate preferred.

• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Two years’ experience in academic teaching or professional experience.
• Valid and current Iowa Nursing License.
• Demonstrated ability in managing, leading or training others.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize appropriate, varied and innovative classroom/clinical/field teaching strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in project development and management.
• Excellent relationship building skills.
• Doctorate preferred.
