Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance of air conditioners/heaters.
• Checks oxygen concentrator levels and performs routine maintenance.
• Tests fire alarm systems and safety equipment.
• Paints interior or exterior and assists with carpentry as needed.
• Maintains grounds and handles routine maintenance tasks.
