Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of air conditioners and heaters.
• Operate pressure washer and electrical tools safely.
• Check oxygen concentrators and water temperatures as scheduled.
• Test fire alarm systems and fire safety equipment.
• Perform carpentry tasks and basic plumbing repairs as needed.
• Assist with generator testing and other unscheduled maintenance.
