Qualifications

• RN license in Missouri required.
• BSN preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems and general computer skills.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making.
• Effective communication and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of patient care within Nursing departments.
• Assist with specialty procedures in other Clinical departments.
• Respond to and manage emergent situations (rapid response, codes).
• Mentor nursing staff and coordinate shift coverage.
• Communicate with providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct shift audits in a timely manner.
• Monitor patient flow (admissions, transfers, discharges).
• Address and resolve patient, staff, or visitor complaints.
• Engage in QI projects to promote continuous improvement.
