Qualifications

• Experience supporting hiring, training, and employee relations

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, directing, and evaluating HR activities.
• Review requests for new or replacement personnel and arrange interviews.
• Screen applications and references and coordinate interviews with department directors.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with employment practices.
• Oversee hiring and discharge procedures following established policies.
• Conduct background checks and orientation for new staff.
• Counsel or discipline personnel as needed and record data.
• Maintain employee relations programs aligned with facility interests.
• Schedule annual in-service trainings including OSHA and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with department budget development for personnel administration.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and residents\' rights.
