Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED (Required).
• 0-1 years training and/or experience at an acute care facility or student nurse with hospital based clinical experience.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients to preserve dignity, privacy, and psychosocial needs.
• Assists with hygiene, meals, and vital signs; supports charting and documentation.
• Manages supply use and equipment, maintains unit cleanliness and readiness.
• Welcomes patients and visitors and communicates unit information to the RN and care team.
• Performs delegated procedures within policy and procedure.
