Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, grooming and dressing.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional supplements.
• Document client care and report changes to a licensed nurse.
• Transfer, reposition, ROM exercises and ambulation with appropriate technique.
