Job summary

• Ability to work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights and monitors resident needs.
• Assists with bathing, dressing, toiletry and oral hygiene.
• Serves and feeds residents needing help with meals.
• Transports residents using wheelchairs or assistive devices.
• Turns and re-positions residents safely and with assistance.
• Performs and records vital signs, intake/output, and weight as directed.
• Completes documentation of care provided.
