Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age 16.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• CNA license required within four months of employment.
• Applicable states may require UAP Registry registration.
• Sanford driving policy may apply, vehicle report and valid license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic client-centered care under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing).
• Record and communicate changes in client condition to a licensed nurse.
• Assist with transfers, range of motion, meals, and basic health care needs as trained.
