Nursing Assistant Trainee Program
Job Description: Ready to launch a career in healthcare with a team that values learning, growth, and compassionate care? Lahey Hospital & Medical Center is excited to offer a paid Nursing Assistant Trainee Program designed to prepare motivated individuals for a full-time or part-time role as a Nursing Assistant (NA) in one of our hospital departments.
Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be matched to open Nursing Assistant positions across our hospital units based on availability, shift preference, and candidate interest. These roles may be full-time or part-time. The training program itself requires full-time participation for the first three weeks, after which trainees will begin working the scheduled hours of their assigned role.
