Job description

The Clinic Nursing Assistant is reponsible for the coordination of patient care needs during office visits and assisting the nursing personnel and medical staff as needed.

We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971.

Compensation For Benefited, Full-Time Pay Scale
  • Base Rate $21.41-$30.53 per hour (or $44,532.80-$63,493.12 annually)
  • Starting pay is determined using our clinical pay scales, which feature 13 steps recognizing up to 30 years of relevant experience.
  • Eligible employees may also receive shift differential and holiday pay

Education
  • Current CPR certification or willing to obtain 30-60 days after hire.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, and equipment.
  • Proficient written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to recognize and assess situations to initiate appropriate help or triage as needed.
  • Ability to use a computer proficiently.
  • Uses time efficiently, rooms patients on time, anticipates providers' needs and actively works to find additional projects when time is available.
  • Take accurate vital signs, performs necessary lab work, and ensures that proper documentation is included in the patient's record prior to providers visit
  • Prepares patient room and equipment for procedures, assisting when necessary.
  • Assists in updating the medical record with psychosocial, environmental, cultural, demographic, personal, physical, and educational information.
  • Documents accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.
