Qualifications

• Experience or training showing ability to assist in nursing tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care following established procedures and policies.
• Collect and document patient data including vital signs and specimens.
• Observe and report changes in physical or emotional status to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, organized clinical areas and restock supplies.
• Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and team members.
• Support tele-health activities where applicable and assist with education.
