Minnewaska Lutheran Home operated by Minnewaska Community Health Services in Wheaton, MN, seeks a Nursing Assistant/Registered to support residents with daily living activities per individual care plans. You will perform basic treatments and coordinate with the nursing leadership and other departments to ensure quality care.

The role is full-time, with evening/PM shifts. Base pay is $22.60 per hour plus a $1.75/hour evening shift differential, and benefits include PTO, holidays, scholarship

Job Summary:The nursing assistant/registered is responsible for assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) through daily nursing care as described in each resident’s plan of care. He/She carries out simple treatment procedures and follows the instructions of the charge nurse, Director of Nursing and Administrator. He/She also works closely with the activities department, volunteers, housekeeping, and all other ancillary departments. He/She has contact with members of resident’s families. Minnewaska Lutheran Home operates with 3 shifts, so depending upon what shift, and employee is working, the work may involve more of one type of activity then another.
