Job summary

Regency Hospital - Cleveland West in Middleburg Heights, OH is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) for a full-time role with day and night shifts across a 3-day per week schedule. The NA will provide essential patient care, including bathing, oral hygiene, and mobility assistance, while supporting rounds and transports as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED or relevant work experience (3+ years), with BLS certification due within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years)
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Perform services for patients including bathing using basin-less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding and care of hair
• Participate in hourly rounds
• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs
• Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals and wheelchairs
• Keep patients' rooms in clean and orderly condition
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed
• Performs other duties as assigned
