Job summary

Carlyle Place in Bedford, NH is hiring for an LNA or experienced PCA to join our award-winning staff. You will provide personal care, companionship, and assist with ADLs under nursing direction in a small, intimate assisted living setting.

Qualifications

• Active LNA license or experienced PCA.
• Recent clinical experience, long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with ADLs.
• Provide patient care under nursing supervision including bathing, dressing, dining and ambulation.
• Assist with transporting residents to meals, activities and appointments.
• Answer call lights and make rounds for safety and comfort.
• Observe residents and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean environment and follow infection control policies.

We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We’re looking for an LNA or experienced PCA (no license required) to join our award-winning staff:

• Fill in for call-outs and vacations
• Pick up shifts when you're available

Responsibilities

:

Provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with ADLs

Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff; including bathing (including use of whirlpool tub), dressing, assisting with dining and ambulation program

• Assist with transporting residents to and from meals, activities, and appointments
• Answer call lights and make rounds regularly to ensure residents’ safety and comfort
• Observe residents and report any abnormalities or changes in condition to supervisor
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment and follow Infection Control Policies

Qualifications

:

• Ability to build rapport with residents
• Punctual, dependable work ethic
• Ability to work well in teams to provide a positive care environment
• Active LNA license or experienced PCA
• Recent clinical experience, long-term care experience
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
