StoneBridge Senior Living in Owensville, MO is seeking a Nursing Assistant with paid training available. The role involves providing compassionate daily nursing care to residents under supervision and participating in training to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant.

You will assist with daily care tasks, meals, and documentation. Ideal candidates are 16 or older with a HS diploma or GED preferred and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Background and experience in shared decision-making processes.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred; 16+ years old working age requirement.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate daily nursing care to assigned residents.
• Attend training and classes to obtain Nursing Assistant certification.
• Assist residents with daily mouth, denture, bath and care functions as needed.
• Prepare residents for meals, serve food, and record intake.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Nursing Assistant provides services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s).

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide each of your assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals and serve food, record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education - HS Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator
• Background and experience in shared decision-making processes
