Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to support patient comfort under the supervision of RNs, LPNs, and fellow CNAs in a long-term care setting. Training to become a CNA is provided at no cost, with mentorship from experienced nurses to help you learn on the job and prepare for the CNA exam.

We offer competitive hourly wages plus shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance for full-time staff, PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities: Nursing Assistant ( NA )

A NA’s primary responsibilities are to ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs, to provide more advanced care. You'll be mentored by some of our most experienced nurses to help you learn on the job and prepare you to take the CNA exam. Our nursing assistants have a variety of tasks and are key players at our facility.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Good listening skills
• Excellent customer service, energized individual with compassion for assisting others
• Willing to improve their standing by obtaining the Nurse Assistant certification (C.N.A.). Certification training is paid for by our organization.
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to read, write and speak English
