Job summary

Paris Health And Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to join our compassionate long-term care and rehabilitation team. You will work alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs to ensure patient comfort and learn on the job while preparing for the CNA exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with compassion for others.
• Willing to pursue CNA certification; training paid by the organization.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to read/write/speak English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs; participate in more advanced care.
• Learn on the job and prepare for the CNA exam with mentorship from experienced nurses.

Duties and Responsibilities: Nursing Assistant ( NA )

A NA’s primary responsibilities are to ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs, to provide more advanced care. You'll be mentored by some of our most experienced nurses to help you learn on the job and prepare you to take the CNA exam. Our nursing assistants have a variety of tasks and are key players at our facility.

Qualifications/Requirements:
