Allina Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under RN supervision. You will assist with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and support care plans while ensuring patient safety and comfort in a busy hospital environment.
Qualifications include CNA program completion or clinical rotations, BLS certification, and previous patient care experience. The position offers day/evening shifts, 32 hours per week, with every other weekend rotation and SEIU contract benefits.

Medium Work*: Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequently
Pay Range: $21.33 to $27.78 per hour. The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
