Catholic Health on Long Island is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support patient care on the unit, in line with established policies and procedures and the age of patients served. The role requires NYS CNA certification, or completion of a Nursing fundamentals course with at least 2 years of nursing assistant experience.
Candidates should have a High School diploma, knowledge of safety and infection control, and basic computer or clerical skills.

A Nursing Assistant is responsible for assisting in the safe treatment and care of patients in accordance with established policies and procedures and age of patients served on the unit.
BLS or CPR/AED training required and accepted from only 1organization: American Heart Association - BLS/ACLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED). No online programs from any organization will be accepted.
USD $26.52 - USD $33.45 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
