Job description

Concordia at Ridgewood, a personal care facility in Plum, offers an affordable lifestyle that allows our residents to relax and embrace life, with the goal of maintaining safety and independence. We strive to hire excellent people at Concordia - and keep them as well!

As a Nursing Assistant, you will have the ability to provide direct care for the residents here at Ridgewood. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Assisting residents with eating, drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning.
2. Documenting the care that was provided to each individual resident.
3. Completing over the counter treatments as instructed.
4. Answering resident call bells in 4 minutes or less.

Entry level friendly - paid on the job training. Starting wage is $18.50/hour and $1.00 shift differentials offered for afternoon, midnight, and weekends worked. Full time, part time, and casual positions are available and include weekend shifts.

$2,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS for FT and $1,000.00 for PT

Eligible employees who work at least 28 hours per week can receive an additional $1.50 per hour on top of the current listed salary. Speak to the HR rep for more details.
