As a Nursing Assistant, you will have the ability to provide direct care for the residents here at Ridgewood. Responsibilities of the Nursing Assistant include, but are not limited to:
Entry-level friendly - paid on-the-job training. $18.50/hour up to $20.00/hr and $1.00 shift differentials offered for afternoon/midnight shifts and weekend shifts worked for all. $2,000.00 Retention Bonus for FT and $1,000.00 for PT.
Eligible employees who work at least 28 hours per week can receive an additional $1.50 per hour on top of the current listed salary. Speak to HR rep for more details.
