Job summary

StoneBridge Owensville, located in Owensville, MO, is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care to residents in accordance with care plans and policies. A key requirement is becoming a certified Nursing Assistant within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 10th grade education; HS Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate routine daily nursing care to assigned residents.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training to obtain CNA certification.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath, and other care as needed.
• Prepare residents for meals, serve food, and record intake.
• All other duties as assigned.

The Nursing Assistant provides services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s). Becoming a CNA within 3 months of hire is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide each of your assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals and serve food, record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.
