Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care to assigned residents under supervision, following care plans and facility policies. Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education; HS Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care.
• Attend scheduled training to obtain Nursing Assistant certification.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions.
• Prepare residents for meals, serve food, and record intake.
• All other duties as assigned.

The Nursing Assistant provides services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s).

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide each of your assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals and serve food, record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education - HS Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator
• Background and experience in shared decision-making processes
