Job summary

Select Medical's Regency Hospital Springdale is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) for a full-time night shift. You will assist with bathing, feeding, mobility, and daily activities, ensuring patient comfort and dignity while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience (3+ years).
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Bathing patients using appropriate products and assisting with oral hygiene and feeding.
• Take hourly rounds and monitor patient well‑being.
• Assist transport of patients to treatment areas and help with transfers to stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of instruments, bedpans, urinals, wheelchairs and patient rooms.
• Keep unit stock levels and respond to duties as assigned.
