Select Specialty Hospital Wyandotte is a critical illness recovery hospital recruiting a Nursing Assistant for full-time night shifts (7p-7a) at Wyandotte, Michigan, on the 8th floor of Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3+ years of relevant healthcare experience.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing using basin-less methods and provide oral hygiene care.
• Support patients with oral feeding and hair care.
• Take hourly rounds and monitor patient comfort and safety.
• Transport patients to and from treatment areas and assist with moving patients in stretchers or wheelchairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and equipment; stock supplies as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff.
