Job summary

Butler Memorial Hospital in Butler Township, OH is seeking a Nursing Assistant for full-time night shifts (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) on the 6 Main unit. You will assist with patient care, help maintain safe unit operations, and communicate clearly with staff and patients.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and preferred enrollment or completion of a nursing assistant program. Prior acute care experience is welcomed to join a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: current enrollment or completion of a nursing assistant training program.
• CPR certification (Healthcare Provider CPR) is required or preferred.
• Experience as a nursing assistant in an acute care facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the safe care of the patient on the 6 Main unit as directed.
• Maintains safe and efficient unit operations and provides excellent customer service.
• Permitted to change patient from portable O2 to wall O2.
