Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Temple, TX is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant (PCT) for night shift. This full-time role involves caring for inpatients, assisting with daily activities, and supporting mobility and feeding needs.

The position requires compassionate patient care, with orientation, PTO benefits, and comprehensive health and retirement plans provided. Night shifts run 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with BLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3+ years relevant work experience.
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, height, weight, and demographic data.
• Assist patients with personal and daily care (bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, hair care).
• Deliver meals and snacks and document oral intake for patients.
• Turn and position immobile patients safely and assist in mobility programs.
• Transport patients to designated areas and treatment centers.
