Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Dallas, TX is hiring a Nursing Assistant (PCT) for night shift. This inpatient role supports patient care, assists with daily activities, and helps maintain safety and comfort on the unit.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, height, weight, and demographic data.
• Assist patients with personal and daily care (bathing, hygiene, grooming).
• Deliver meals and document oral intake.
• Turn and move immobile patients safely and maintain alignment.
• Transport patients to treatment centers as needed.

6:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.

Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience.

Minimum Hourly Pay: $18.00/per hour

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, height, weight, and demographic data
• Assist patients with personal and daily care, such as bathing, oral hygiene, shaving and hair care
• Deliver meals and snacks, feed patients who are unable to feed themselves and document oral intake
• Turn and position immobile patients safely while maintaining proper body alignment; participate in mobility program
• Transport patients to designated areas, such as to and from various treatment centers

Qualifications
