Job summary

Regency Springdale is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) / Patient Care Tech (PCT) for PRN night shifts in Springdale, Arkansas. Compensation is $18.00 per hour.

This role supports patient care through bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, rounds, and mobility assistance, contributing to our respected inpatient post-ICU services. We offer extensive orientation, potential pathways to full-time opportunities, and benefits supporting work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years)
• Requires hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant)
• BLS is required within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Bathing patients with basin-less bath products and assisting with oral hygiene
• Assist with oral feeding and hair care as part of routine patient care
• Perform hourly rounds and monitor patient status
• Transport patients to and from treatment areas and assist with moving to/from stretchers and wheelchairs
• Maintain cleanliness of bedpans, urinals, wheelchairs, and other instruments
• Keep patient rooms clean and orderly
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule: PRN/Per Diem, 12-hour shifts - Night Shift

Compensation: $ 18.00 per hour

• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs
