Job summary

Methodist Hospital is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Med Surg ICU team. The Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, supporting the team with compassionate, high‑quality care.

This .5 FTE position features rotating day and evening shifts with every other weekend. Minnesota registry eligibility or being an LPN student in an accredited program is required; CPR skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be current on the State of Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry or be an LPN student or a Jr. level nursing student, with completion of first quarter clinicals in an accredited RN or LPN program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Support the care team to ensure safe, compassionate, and quality patient experiences.
