Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is offering a Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) temporary role designed to prepare trainees to pass the Minnesota CNA competency exams.

As an NAIT you will perform duties similar to a CNA once competent through training and must complete the 75-hour NATCEP course and pass MN state exams; you have three attempts for skills and four for knowledge, and must be on the MN state registry within four months of hire.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.
• Availability to work every other weekend and holiday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare NAITs to pass the Minnesota CNA competency exam.
• Perform duties similar to a CNA once deemed competent through training.
• Complete the 75-hour NATCEP course and pass MN state exams (skills/knowledge).
• Be on the MN state registry within 4 months of hire date and then apply internally for CNA.
