Qualifications

• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and ambulation.
• Ensure residents safety, comfort, and well-being by responding to call lights and care needs.
• Support independence and dignity while following individual care plans.
• Accurately measure and document vital signs and health data as directed by nursing staff.
• Observe changes in resident condition and report to licensed staff.
